Login Again
First off, make sure you typed your username and password in with all lower-case letters. If have already been doing this then it is possible that the privacy settings on your computer are interfering with the login process.
We use a "cookie" to store the password authorization on your computer.
If your "cookies" are disabled then you cannot login.
To see if this is your problem, in Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" bar at the top, and then open "Internet Options."
Then select the "Privacy" Tab. The slider bar must be set at "medium high" or lower to initialize the login sequence.
After you have successfully logged in once, you may raise your security settings back to "high" for increased privacy.
If you are using a non-Microsoft browser (AOL, Netscape, Firefox), and are having login troubles, try lowering your security settings.
