Sponsoring Member Profile Benefit: Guidelines

As a Sponsoring Member benefit, once a year, we will run a profile of your company on the back page of the SPAN Connection print newsletter. We will also create a link from the our home page to a SPAN Web page containing the profile. The link will be active for a month after the newsletter comes out.

We have developed a few guidelines to to create a consistency among these profiles:

1. The profiles need to be under 500 words.

2. We will begin publishing the profiles on a "first come" basis. Send your profiles to lisa @ spannet.org. Our first profiles will appear in the March 2007 newsletter.

3. Send us a copy of your logo and a link to your home page.

4. The profiles will be more effective when written in the third person rather than the first person. Use "they" and your company name rather than "we".

5. As many of you know, we are educational, not promotional, in the regular articles in the newsletter. This profile is an opportunity for you to be promotional about your company. You may want to let people know about a new machine or process, or announce a pricing "special".
