WHO ATTENDS the Doha International Book Fair?
Book stores, gift stores, direct end users, department stores, wholesalers, distributors, agents, teachers, and students.

WHY QATAR?
* Qatar is the richest country in the world; Qatar's per capita income is over $65,000 (90,000)
* Qatar is the fastest growing economy worldwide; GDP growth rate of ~ 11 (17)%
* Access the country’s highly educated, English speaking labor force.
* Demand for US culture education is strong; the US is Qatar’s #1 import partner
Patricia illustrates the best part of this deal. With Qatari book stores, wholesalers, etc. attending the fair, this is an excellent opportunity to break into a new market with your book.

If they like paranormal romance, then I'd love to break into Qatar's market. I heard that India is another area where English books are on the rise.

This question definitely marks me as a newbie. But, since I don' know I'm going to ask: How do I register my publishing company?

I have a DBA and should soon have my tax number. Is this all I need or do I need to do something else? I want to be sure I'm doing everything I'm supposed to.

Thanks in advance for the assistance,

Tambra
