Welcome to the international trade group! Let's make this as fun and informative as possible. My name is Keith Yatsuhashi, I'm the Director of the U.S. Department of Commerce, (USDOC) Export Assistance Center in Providence, RI. The USDOC is a cabinet level department, and my part in it is to help U.S. businesses sell abroad. We have a network of international offices located in American Embassies and Consulates throughout the world. While our expertise is with exporting this forum is open to all aspects of trade, including imports. From time to time, I will invite my colleagues from around the world to post what's happening in their country.

My book“Prescriptions from Paradise: an introduction to
biocompatible medicine” goes to the printer in two days to have the galley
proofs produced. The tentative release date is March 2011. Very interested in
presenting the book to the foreign market for translation and printing – Happy New
Year!
